NAGY Performance is a white-label coaching platform that lets online coaches run their service, workouts, nutrition, progress and appointments, under their own brand. For any privacy question or request, contact us at tamasnagytrejo@gmail.com.

Account data: the name, email and brand details (logo, color, business name) a coach provides to set up their platform.

Content you create: the programs, meal plans, notes, schedules and configuration you build inside the platform.

Client data you manage: information about your own clients that you or they enter, profiles, workouts logged, adherence, measurements, progress photos and check-ins. You decide what is collected; we process it on your behalf.

Usage & device data: device type, browser, app version and analytics/diagnostics used to keep the service reliable and improve it.

We use the information to provide and operate the platform (programming, tracking, nutrition, appointments and your branded app), to manage your account and subscription, to send service notifications, to keep the service secure and to comply with the law. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for marketing.

When you manage your clients in NAGY Performance, you are the data controller for their personal data and NAGY acts as a data processor that handles it strictly on your instructions to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the appropriate notices and consents in place with your own clients.

We share data only with trusted providers that help us run NAGY Performance: Vercel (website and application hosting), Supabase (encrypted database and file storage), Stripe (subscription billing) and Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (privacy-aware usage measurement). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (providing the platform), on the basis of consent where required (e.g. certain analytics), and for our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.

Our providers may process data in the European Union, the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

We keep data while your account is active. When you close your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it to comply with the law. You can export or delete client data from within the platform.

Depending on your location, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email tamasnagytrejo@gmail.com.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest through our database provider, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

NAGY Performance is a tool for coaching professionals and is not directed to children. Coaches are responsible for any consent required when their own clients are minors.
