Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and use NAGY Performance for professional coaching purposes.

NAGY Performance is a white-label software platform that lets coaches deliver their service under their own brand, building programs, managing nutrition, tracking progress and scheduling. We provide the software; you provide the coaching.

NAGY Performance is a tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional or training advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement. As a coach, you are solely responsible for the programs, nutrition and guidance you deliver to your clients and for their suitability and safety.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for the data of the clients you manage, including having the necessary consents and notices in place. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

Use the platform lawfully. Do not misuse it, reverse-engineer it, disrupt it, resell it without authorisation, or attempt unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The platform relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, storage and payment processing) and may integrate with external tools. We are not responsible for those services or their availability, and their own terms apply.

The platform and the NAGY Performance brand are owned by NAGY Performance or its licensors. Your brand, your content and your clients' data remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAGY Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAGY Performance from claims or damages arising out of your use of the platform, the coaching you deliver, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
